Before you order

How do I place an order?

On Hand: add items to your cart, check out, pay by BDO bank transfer using your Order ID as the reference, then upload your proof of payment. We verify within 1–2 hours and ship within 24–48 hours. Group Buy: add vials and tap Reserve My Slot. Reserving is free: you get a GB reservation ID now, and after the batch closes we invoice you only for compounds that confirm, plus shipping (₱150 NCR, ₱300 provincial).

When is a group buy order confirmed?

Vials from every buyer pool by compound. Each time a compound reaches a full kit of 10 vials, the orders in that kit are confirmed. Vials in a kit that doesn't fill by close aren't charged.

When are group buy results published?

You receive your order first. We then send samples to an independent lab, and testing takes around two weeks, sometimes longer when the lab is busy. Results are posted on the Group Buy page as soon as they arrive.

Which tests are run?

HPLC purity and mass-spec identity, plus endotoxin and sterility on qualifying batches. Kit thresholds for each test are listed on the Group Buy page.

Is every lot tested?

No. Group buy batches are sent to an independent lab once a compound reaches its kit threshold, and each certificate names the batch it covers. Certificates are posted on the Group Buy page as they arrive.

How is it packaged?

In a Sequence 79 Labs branded box. Vials are lyophilized (freeze-dried), so they don't need refrigeration or cold packs in transit.
