How do I place an order?
On Hand: add items to your cart, check out, pay by BDO bank transfer using your Order ID as the reference, then upload your proof of payment. We verify within 1–2 hours and ship within 24–48 hours. Group Buy: add vials and tap Reserve My Slot. Reserving is free: you get a GB reservation ID now, and after the batch closes we invoice you only for compounds that confirm, plus shipping (₱150 NCR, ₱300 provincial).
When is a group buy order confirmed?
Vials from every buyer pool by compound. Each time a compound reaches a full kit of 10 vials, the orders in that kit are confirmed. Vials in a kit that doesn't fill by close aren't charged.
When are lab results published?
Once a batch is delivered, we send samples to an independent lab. Testing takes around two weeks, sometimes longer when the lab is busy. Certificates are added to the product in the On Hand shop as soon as they arrive, and to the batch on the Group Buy page.
Which tests are run?
HPLC purity and mass-spec identity, plus endotoxin and sterility on qualifying batches. Tap "View COA" on a product to see its certificate and verify it on the lab's website.
Is every lot tested?
No. Samples from our batches are sent to an independent lab, and each certificate names the batch it covers. Products with a certificate show "Lab tested · View COA" in the On Hand shop.
How is it packaged?
In a Sequence 79 Labs branded box. Vials are lyophilized (freeze-dried), so they don't need refrigeration or cold packs in transit.

Keeping lyophilized vials stable
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) material is at its most stable as a dry, sealed powder. Heat, moisture and light are what wear it down. These are general laboratory guidelines; where a product's datasheet or certificate of analysis says something more specific, follow that.
When your package arrives
- Check each vial: the crimp cap and seal should be intact, and the powder dry. It may look like a solid cake, loose powder or a thin film, all of which are normal.
- Compare the vials with your order form. If anything is missing, damaged or looks wet, message us before opening it.
- Move the vials to cold storage the same day.
Before opening
- Keep vials sealed in their original packaging until needed.
- Store frozen (−20 °C) for longer periods, or refrigerated (2–8 °C) if they'll be opened soon.
- Protect from light: keep them in the box or an opaque container, away from windows and lamps.
- Keep them dry. A sealed container with a desiccant pack helps, especially in humid climates.
- Avoid temperature swings. Don't keep vials in a fridge or freezer door, and don't move them in and out repeatedly.
Opening a vial
- Let a cold vial reach room temperature before opening it, while still sealed. This stops moisture from the air condensing on the cold powder.
- Work in a clean area and follow your laboratory's standard aseptic procedures.
- Open only the vials you need; leave the rest sealed.
- Label the vial with the date it was opened.
After opening
- Once opened or dissolved, material becomes less stable than the dry, sealed form. Keep it refrigerated at 2–8 °C and protected from light.
- Avoid repeated freezing and thawing, which can degrade many compounds. If material needs to be kept longer, laboratories typically divide it into single-use portions.
- Keep the vial tightly closed between uses, and discard anything that looks cloudy, discoloured or contaminated.
- Check the product's datasheet or certificate of analysis for compound-specific stability guidance.
Avoid
- Direct sunlight, or leaving vials in a hot car or near appliances
- Humid places such as bathrooms or kitchens beside the sink
- Repeated freeze–thaw cycles
- Opening a vial while it's still cold
